They not only give you the information listed above, but also provide detailed information on current & previous addresses, employment history, collections, and public records. Equifax's paid credit report goes into further depth listing fraud and active duty alerts. Once paid for, the report remains available for 30 days but does not update.
Since you are entitled by law to one free credit report annually from each of the credit agencies, including Equifax, you might as well go with the best report available to start with.
